No response on previous question

Hi. I need help and I only got a response to the first part of my question and then no response after that. Can I get help please?

I looked at your other question regarding not being able to complete the filing process.  You will need to go back to the screen in TurboTax that says there are issues with your return and click the buttons at the bottom saying Fix my return.  That should take you directly to the section where there is a problem.  If it cannot be resolved, then you can click the button to File by Mail.

 

Once you go through the process to try to fix the return, you can post another question if you still need some help.
