NetXInvestor 1099

Hello,

My 1099s for Yr2022 are available at www.netxinvestor.com, but I got this message when trying to download them to Turbotax.

 

 

Please help.

Has the 1099 just come on their website within the last 48 hours?

It was posted last Friday the 17th.   The download worked today though.   Noticed a duplicate 1099 entry (not revised)  showed up today on the website.

I am having the same problem.  My 1099 is available on the NetXinvestor site but I get the same import error.

I looked at the help article:

- My partner is verified.  I have used them in the past and they show on the list this year.

- My transactions do not exceed the limits

- Troubleshooting.  I guess it is possible that NetxInvestor does not have my statement ready for import but the article states: "We'll display your institution's "ready for import" date in TurboTax" and I don't see anything displayed by TurboTax on a date it will be available.

 

Is there typically a delay from when then 1099 form is available on the investment institutions website and when it is ready to import in TurboTax?

I did reach out to TurboTax customer support.  Their advice was for me to manually enter my 1099 form.  I didn't purchase TurboTax Premier so that I have to manually enter a 10+ page 1099 form.  I don't know if the problem is with TurboTax or the financial company, but this isn't the type of support I expected.  :(
