Dear TurboTax: I don't need your annoying pop-ups for each question you ask me. I don't care what other customers have said to a particular question. And the fact that you cannot turn that dumb feature off is even worse. We all know how to do a Google Search to figure out an answer to a question if we don't know - we don't need a pop-up getting in the way.
And the fact that you've gotten rid of the running balance due / refund awaiting at the top is also a downgrade.
Last year on TurboTax for me. 25 year user. See ya later... and don't let the door hit you on the way out.
