Please see the information posted here for assistance with the stimulus payments. Most of your questions can be answered by this TurboTax FAQ.

I filed my return manually for 2020.  The IRS still has not entered the 2020 tax form into the tax system so my abstract online shows no AGI.  If I enter an AGI for 2020 of 0, I am under the impression that Turbotax will not let me efile the 2021 return and must mail in the forms that were produced.  Is there any way to get around this and efile my 2021 return?

No, TurboTax does not accept or reject a tax return for e-filing based on the 2020 AGI, that is only from the IRS.

So you can enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return.

Have you tried entering a 0 for the AGI per the suggestion provided above? @qq22.
