You will need to contact TurboTax support for help to get a downloaded version to replace your lost CD.

Please see the contact us link in the following TurboTax article to get started:  How do I get a replacement for a lost or damaged TurboTax CD?

I'm in the same situation but bought my CD at CostCo.  Intuit says they have no record of my purchase (despite me having the e-file confirmation email with link to their website with the e-file activity) and that I need to buy a new copy.  Curious if you ran into a similar situation or if Intuit looked-up your license key so you could download/install for no additional cost?
