My W2 is imported automatically but I cannot send my final transcripts. It keeps notifying me to delete and restart. I've restarted multiple times and get the same error.

You may need to clear your cache and delete your cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser.

Then try logging out and logging back into TurboTax. You can also try using a different browser.

This still isn't working.

 

On top of following these steps and the recommended steps by turbotax, I have restarted the entire return twice and still receive the same error.
