First be sure you are entering the license code characters carefully. Don't confuse G and 6, or S and 5, or O (letter O) and 0 (zero), etc.
After verifying you are entering the correct characters, if you are still getting the error, here's how to phone TurboTax Support during business hours.

In the form, where it asks for product, be sure to choose the CD/download version and for which OS (Windows or MAC), then choose which edition.
For issue, you can just say something like license activation error code 607 without quotes.
Hello, I am getting the same error. I have copied my code from where I I downloaded my TurboTax. When I called the phone number it was automated and sent me a link back to here. Is there another process?

That did not help in my situation also. I get a message saying "The license code you entered is not valid" and I have copied my code and pasted, I have also typed it.
