My payment is not being accepted

Is there another way to pay for Turbo Tax it won't let me pay from my file and won't accept my credit card info

Try deleting your browser's cookies. Please see this Turbo Tax FAQ regarding  How to delete cookies! If that doesn't work, try using a different browser all together. 

 

Another option If you are having issues making your credit card payment in our TurboTax online product, is to try changing your billing address to 123 Main Street. Please see this thread where this work around worked for other customers.
