My activation code for an online download purchase is not working. Can you help me?

Have tried entering activation code on both mac and windows and it doesn't work. Have got other family members to enter it too just in case of error but it is rejected. Bought this product at Costco.

Repeated entered the activation code (16 character supplied with the purchase from walmart) and message says something is wrong and to enter again. Simply doesn't work. The intuit/turbotax support is not very good nor is it helping!!!

The activation screen is completely white, with a blue dot in the middle. There is no place to enter my code, nor is it asking me to.
I had to temporarily stop VPN on Opera while entering activation code for the third time. That worked!
I have only activated on 2 computers but it says I’ve done 5
I have done 3 returns and tried to activate on I pad but it wouldn’t let me
now it won’t let me activate on a desktop

More info is needed. Did you install from a CD or a downloaded installation file?
If you purchased a CD, the code should be on the CD sleeve or enclosed sheet.
If you downloaded the installation file, it depends on where you purchased it; e.g., directly from TurboTax or an online retailer like Amazon, Staples, Costco, etc. If you purchased a download from TurboTax (or elected to get the download after purchasing a CD), the code should be displayed in the downloads section of your online TurboTax account, order history, or email confirmation.
Did you previously install TurboTax? If so, why are you needing the code again?? Did you just now install or reinstall the program? Or are you installing on a different computer?
If you have already installed the program and have been using it OK previously, is it suddenly asking you to reactivate with the code? If so, we can tell you how you can likely get around that without needing the code.
