Mouse invisible in TT window

I'm attempting to run TT Premium 2023 installed on a Lenovo Yoga laptop running Windows 11 home.   The mouse pointer is invisible in the TT window.   Works fine with all other apps, and mouse pointer is visible once I move it outside the TT application window.   Note that when I am successful in moving the invisible mouse pointer over a menu item in the TT window it will highlight the menu or button and I can click on it.   It just makes TT almost unusable as you have to guess where the mouse pointer is at.  All other apps that I have work just fine on this laptop.   I have tried:

Using just built in mouse pad and trying an external mouse

I have tried various display resolutions

I have tried an external monitor

I have tried changing the cursor type and color

     ...

Nothing resolves the issue.

I am having the same problem.  Mouse visible in all other windows, just not TT.  Please post solution if known.

I'm just guessing, but in the computer system Settings area

Go into the "Accessibility" area.

Then go to "Mouse Pointer and Touch"

Then try some of the other pointer settings...like use a solid black pointer...or give it a color.

same issue - as soon as the mouse pointer crosses into the TurboTax desktop, it disappears. Something in the TT application is hiding the mouse pointer. Tried changing color  to solid black...still disappears.

This could be occurring due to outdated drivers or a corrupt driver for the mouse or touchpad.  See the link below for multiple diagnostic steps to fix the mouse:
