As of 3-13-2025 I cannot import 1099 information from Morgan Stanley using my normal Morgan Stanley Online credentials. I have verified with Morgan Stanley support that Third Party Data Sharing is enabled on their end. When attempting to import 1099s from Morgan Stanley, I get an error beep but no error message. I am told by Morgan Stanley support that this is a known issue with TurboTax support. This is a critical issue for me due to the complexity of my 1099s. I use the Home & Biz desktop version on a Mac with the latest version of Sequoia.
Have you disabled any VPN or Anti-Virus?
If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.
