TT on Part 1 of form 6198 is included all previous years carry forward losses . It wont allow me to uncheck box stating that at risk limitations existed from previous years.
Also, part 2 is confusing. Does line 6 adjusted basis include partners share of changes in nonrecourse liabilties?
