I don't want to file anything for state. I completed my federal return and e-filed that... what is going to happen if I don't mail in state return? I printed the document turbo tax said to print..it was a title page...no return behind it... I don't think I even have a return...not sure what is needed to be mailed.. need help

" do I need to send it in mail?"

No. Florida does not have an individual income tax so you do not need to send anything to the state.

Choose Skip State in the State Taxes section. [see screenshot]

If you proceeded past the warning screens, try deleting the Florida return --> https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900608

If you are unable to delete the Florida return, you can simply ignore it (do not print and mail the return).
