Can't login to my TurboTax online account with correct credentials, instead it takes me to the login page.
After entering the credentials it looks like it is taking me to the account, but redirects me to the login page.
Have tried https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/
Have reset password, but keeps redirecting me to login page after entering credentials.
Have tried Chrome and IE, same result.
Have you cleared the cache/cookies in your browser as well? For instructions on how to do that please click the link below.
I have the same issue. I cleared out my cache -- tried it in Chrome, Microsoft Edge.... no matter what, I cannot get into my Intuit account page. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Did this ever get resolved? It's happening to me. I'm literally done with my taxes and was trying to login tonight to push send and file them. The Contact Us page the employee linked to says you have to be signed in to contact.... and I can't log in no matter what I do.... ughhhhh.

Please try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies then try logging back into your TurboTax account. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
The first step in these instructions is "Sign-in to your Turbo Tax account..." Classic.

I can't login on my computer. When I enter my user/password it loops back to the signin screen. I'm able to login on my phone, so I know my credentials are correct. I've deleted history, cookies, and cache. Same result.
What version of TurboTax are you using - Online or Desktop/Download? Are you using Windows or a Mac?
I'm using online version. My computer is windows, and I access using the app on my iphone.
Have you tried using another browser? If you are using Chrome, try logging in via an incognito browser.
Yes of course. I tried incognito mode, Edge, and Firefox. I am so frustrated.
