"Looks like we've run into an error." message keeps preventing me from opening Turbo Tax.

To fix the "Look like we've run into an error" message in TurboTax Online,

 

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, 
  • Use a private/incognito window (3 dots in top right), or 
  • Try a different browser. 

 

For desktop users, repair Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable or update Windows.
