filed 3 returns and saved to pdf file. can't seem to locate
the saved files anywhere. usually a folder would be set up in, say, documents to receive processed files. Another
return is completed and needs to be filed. Now when I open turbo tax the welcome screen is not there and I cannot access or continue the 3 returns I filed???
