License Key

I've been using TurboTax Premier edition for many many years and never had an issue with using the same license/product key on more than one computer using more than one account.  The 2023 edition only allows me to install on one computer.  If I try to install on a second computer, I get a message saying this license/product key is already used.   Why going on, is this an error in the 2023 version.

Five installations must be done using the same TurboTax account. You can no longer have a separate account for each installation of the program. So if you install it on your computer and your kid wants to install it on their computer then both of you need to log into the same TurboTax account to activate the program. This does not give you access to the other person's return, this is simply to activate the account on each computer.

I logon on to my account from a second computer and tried the install.  I entered the product/license key and it won’t let me choose PC/windows.   It is blacked out.   MAC is my only choice.  I need a windows install.

Well this sucks! Another great "enhancement" by a software company.  I've been using turbotax for 20 years.  Looks like this will be the last year.  Unbelievable that I can't use the one license, like I've been doing forever, across multiple accounts.  Very disappointed.
