License code does not work! I have put it in correctly 3 times and get error code each time!

If you provide some information someone may be able to help you.

  1. What type of computer are you using (PC or MAC)
  2. What OS version are you using
  3. What is the actual error code are you receiving (be precise)
  4. What Anti-virus program & version are you using

HAVE A IMAC

ERROR CODE IS 605,

RUNNING MAC OS 10.14.6

NO ANTI-VISUS THAT I KNOW OF

I have the same issue. How was this resolved? I have an iMac running 10.15.3. I have no anti-virus that I know if running. I have deleted the entire program with Clean My Mac, I have run clear cache with Clean My Mac, and I have run disk repair with Clean My Mac. I reloaded 2019 TurboTax, and I still get this error code when I enter my license. This has now taken me longer than it takes to do my taxes.

I am getting the following error message:

This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads.

 

I am 100% sure that this code hasn't been used for downloading.  I am the first person.

The CD has been used twice but I am the first person using the download method.

Please help.

The license code for the CD and download are the same, so if you are a different person than the one who used the CD you will need to contact the owner of the CD for the license code.

I got the license code from the owner of the CD.  It still doesn't work.  It seems there is a glitch with Turbo tax in using the same code for both the CD and download online.  I am trying to resolve the issue by contacting the Help Desk.
