First----what are you trying to do? Software for a 2020 tax return is no longer available. If you are trying to use TT for a 2020 return, the results will not be accurate. And the online program is only for 2024 returns. It is too late to get a refund for a 2020 tax return; if you owe tax due, it is still owed with late filing penalties and interest.
Are you trying to prepare a 2020 return by hand using the paper forms?
Since you have to file it by mail, you can prepare the return without the whole EIN, and just use the income amounts etc that are on the transcript. When you mail it to the IRS you can attach a copy of the transcript instead of a copy of a W-2.
