Keeps returing me to Step 3

I had a rejection because I did not put in my identy pin correct.  Corrected that and then it ran me through whole spiel on e-file, this included steps 1, 2, and 3. After finishing step 3, I get returned to the page with all the steps and an indication that I need to review step 3 again. Each time I do this I keep getting sent back to the same page same step. I hope turbo tax has not charged me each time and I am pretty sure my taxes are not filed. Please help.

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. You may also want to change browsers, for example, if you are using Chrome, try switching to Firefox or Microsoft Edge.

 

To verify if your tax return was filed, you will want to follow these steps. Sign into your online TurboTax account, then, go to Tax Home. You can check your e-file status here.
