Exchange-traded products (ETP) are types of securities that track underlying security, index, or financial instrument.

A publicly traded partnership (PTP) is a business organization owned by two or more co-owners whose shares are regularly traded on an established securities market.

From what you have provided, I would assume a PTP is a publicly traded partnership. Since you sold all of my shares of an PTP, you have ended your limited partnership role in the PTP.
