If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

Hi - I am using the windows version on my laptop.  I checked on the chase site and they are allowing the import.  In fact Chase notes show that it went through.  I have not had problems with any other imports.  Not worth worrying about but I hope your program works better going forward.  I do not have a good feeling.

The same goes for me. Using Windows 11 and Chrome browser. Chase looks like they did their part but TurboTax Premier crashes every time. No other bank I did had an issue.

I'm having the same problem for the second year in a row trying to import Chase data into TurboTax. This year I wasted my time trying to figure out if it is because I have more than one account of multiple types. It appears to be crashing on importing a 1098 for a mortgage. 1099-INTs and consolidated brokerage 1099s import fine.

@CatinaT1please escalate this ASAP.

@awsegraves& @jpv78 , if you have 1098 that you are trying to import, disable TurboTax access to that account by going to Security & Privacy and then Linked apps & websites. If you don't have 1098s, try disabling access to all but one account and the repeat the import turning them on by one until you find the account that causes the crash.

I'm showing this was an issue and was resolved on March 1.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If using TurboTax Online: Clear your cache and cookies. See this FAQ, for your particular browser.

If using TurboTax Desktop: Please see this FAQ.
