How do I export my data from ItsDeductible?

On October 21, 2025, ItsDeductible will be discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.

You can export your ItsDeductible data for 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 before October 21, 2025.

Choose your preferred document, then follow the steps.

1. Sign in to your ItsDeductible account.
2. Select the year of the data you want to download.
3. Select Download my data.
4. Select Download CSV next to the info you want to download. Or, select Export All Data (CSV) to download it all.
   Export as PDF
   1. Sign in to your ItsDeductible account.
   2. Select the year of the data you want to download.
   3. Select Download my data.
   4. To download your overall donation summary, select Create PDF. 
   5. To download individual categories of your donations, select Create PDF next to each category.

       

      You can also download a Fair Market Value guide for 2025. Follow these steps:

      1. Sign in to your ItsDeductible account.
      2. Select Download my data.
      3. Under Download Fair Market Valuation Guide, select Download PDF or Download CSV.
