PLATFORM: Mac OSX - since it isn't in the drop down.
Setting up my WV taxes, was told that I qualify for the special nonresident status. When it gets to the review, it says that I'm not eligible.
I was planning on moving back in 2019 but did not. I did have part of the year taxes taken out for WV but since I never lived there, I was told to file in order to get what I paid refunded.
I can't e-file without this error (???) being fixed. If I change the residence status to nonresident, it changes it back to special nonresident and then says that the checkbox shouldn't be checked.
