Issues with downloading 1099s

Having issues getting my 1099s into TT.  The web page opens, downloads and says it is successful.  Go back to TT and after getting spinning wheel (with windows saying app is not responding), it reports that the import was not successful.   How to I get it to import properly?

First, try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then see if you can continue where you left off.  See the TurboTax Help articles How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for guidance.

Fixed it by shutting down TT and restarting.
