Try clearing the field and starting over.
Are you able to delete the W-2 entry by clicking the trashcan icon to the right of the Edit button?
You may also be able to delete the W-2 by Tax Tools / Tools / Delete a form / Review Form List.
Yes I have deleted it and created a new one and continue to have the same issue.
It is a good idea to first clear your cache and cookies - which means removing all of the temporary programs that can gum up your web browser. If that doesn't work, try using a different web browser.
If that doesn't work I would recommend using the "Live Expert" help in the right upper corner to see if having someone walk you through helps.

I have the same problem and I am not able to import W-2's and the screen is blank
