TurboTax does not support tax year 2014.
The time to file a 2014 tax return for a tax refund has expired. The return needed to be filed on or before April 15, 2018.
If taxes are owed on the 2014 return then it can be filed at any time. The IRS will send you a bill for the penalties and interest after they receive the tax return and your payment.
