Is anyone else having issues with the system interpreting the importing files incorrectly?

Its using line 1 from the product description instead of block 1 on 1099-INT. I have notice a few other issues with the software this year with no support.

I'm not sure what you mean by line 1 from the product description. Can you clarify what issues you are having?

Wait!!!...did you actually 'import"  directly from the Financial institution?

 

OR, did you upload a Picture or a PDF file.

IF it was an uploaded Picture or a PDF file...just don't  do that....too many errors.  Delete the form and enter the data manually.
