Is anyone else getting an error message when trying to access their 2019 return?

yes. I read instructions and it's too difficult for me to get it to work.  I'm getting Error 102345 when trying to open up my almost completed tax return.  It will take me another 2 weeks to recreate.  Can I get some help, please??

Yes I still am I keep getting:

And it’s annoying because I need access to them NOW.

I am getting error message 42016 which say it cannot update. Have uninstalled and installed software several times even with tech support from Turbo Tax. I have paid for the installation online and then brought the software on CD and reinstalled it several times and I still get the same error.

So two weeks have passed and still no reply or fix to this issue. Last time I’m using Turbotax to file.

Using Turbo Tax Premier 2019 and trying to import a PDF of my completed 2019 taxes and the program (disk purchased from Costco 2019), will not import. I have completed the online updates. I would like to file the taxes electronically instead of printing out and mailing the PDF with documents to the IRS. I am not going to re-enter my info and start my taxes over. HELP!!!
