Is any else having problems filing your taxes?

It will not let me file. I have reviewed all the info and theres nothing wrong with it.

What is the message you're getting that is preventing you from filing?

It says “Oops! It looks like we hit a snag.” 
“Let’s go back to your taxes. Make sure your internet is connected and then check back in a few minutes or try again.”

 

I have reviewed all my info and my internet connection is fine

Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies; let us know if your issue persists after the fact.

If what Ebony said doesn't work, try temporarily making a different browser your default browser (try Chrome or Opera or Edge (if it isn't already your browser)).

I downloaded Google Chrome to my computer and it fixed everything. Maybe that will help you too.

What kind of problem are you having and what version are you using, desktop or Online?   @Reed Switzer
