What is the message you're getting that is preventing you from filing?
It says “Oops! It looks like we hit a snag.”
“Let’s go back to your taxes. Make sure your internet is connected and then check back in a few minutes or try again.”
I have reviewed all my info and my internet connection is fine
Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting cookies; let us know if your issue persists after the fact.
If what Ebony said doesn't work, try temporarily making a different browser your default browser (try Chrome or Opera or Edge (if it isn't already your browser)).
I am having the exact same issue. Very aggravating.
I downloaded Google Chrome to my computer and it fixed everything. Maybe that will help you too.
