Is a K-1 the same as a 2K-1?

The 2K-1 is a state K-1 and may have some state modifications.  You will use the federal K-1 to prepare your federal return.  Depending on your state, most likely the state will begin with federal AGI and you may need to adjust for any state modifications noted on the 2K-1.
