Is 1099q account number same as social security #?

turbotax asks for account number but is that the same as recipients social security #?  (i have entered the payer's FIN already? I don's see "account # " on the 1099Q)

If you 1099-Q does not contain an account number, it is not necessary to enter this into TurboTax. The account number is determined by the Plan Administrator (or bank).
