The problem is I will not get my K-1 information from my CPA until May or June. The current guy has retired, getting a new CPA could delay it even longer. It will only be relevant after April 15th. I need to file now and file the K-1 later. If the K-1 form is not available tomorrow I just might get a refund and file elsewhere.
