TurboTax Deluxe 2018 labels Form 2210 as "DO NOT FILE" and there is no form field next to the check box at line II.A to write in "85% Waiver." The instructions state that if you want to request an 85% waiver, you need to check box A, write-in "85% Waiver" next to it, and submit Page 1. TurboTax Deluxe does not seem to allow for this. Am I missing something?

Update on 2210... if you are asking for a waiver of part or all of the penalty TT is telling you that you cannot file electronically. Odd that it let me file electronically...twice and didn't stop the submission. Serious problem with their algorithms. This really is souring my confidence in the program
Some customers are being required to file Form 2210 (Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals, Estates, and Trusts), despite the fact that they don't actually have an underpayment penalty. Based upon clarification we are currently in the process of updating the program to not require this.
Currently, we have a workaround for all customers experiencing this issue:

This issue is scheduled to be fixed in an update that is currently planned to be released on 2/22/2019.
