IRS does not have my 2018 return

I filed my 2018 tax return and received a refund for all the tax withheld. Well, my 2018's income was less than the standard deduction, so, all the tax withheld was refunded. Which means, I paied zero tax in 2018.

Now, I am unable to locate my 2018 tax record from IRS, and the online tax return site I used lost my record as well.

Please advise.
