incorrect email associated with payment method

When attempting to submit payment, I am asked to retrieve a code from an unknown email address.  I do not see anywhere withing the site to address this or speak to anyone, so I am left unable to pay my taxes via Intuit.  How can this be corrected on your end?

You can update the Email address in My Info.

 

Follow these steps to change your Intuit Account credentials directly in the Intuit Account Manager:

 

  1. On the sidebar on the left
  2. Near the bottom of the page
  3. Sign in to the Intuit Account
  4. Several boxes will come up
  5. Select the Sign in & Security 
  6. Choose from User ID, Email address, Password, or Phone section.
  7. Make your changes.
  8. When you're done, select Save.

Important: Your Intuit Account is connected to all of your Intuit products. Any changes you make apply to all of your Intuit products, including QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and our professional tax products.
