IN CORRECT CODE FOR WINDOWS

WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD THE CODE I GET A RESPONSE THAT MY CODE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY WINDOWS.

HOW CAN I CORRECT THIS?

TurboTax codes may show errors if the license is:

  • For a Mac vs. Windows Platform.
  • You may be using an older operating system. 
    • For 2025, Windows 11 is required. 
  • Double-check that you are using the correct license code.
  • Try downloading again
  • Contact TurboTax support for help.
