IMPORTING PROBLEM TT SAYS---IMPORT UNSUCCESSFUL--INTERNAL SERVER PROBLEM--NO PROBLEM--WE WILLHELP YOU ENTER THE INFORMATION AND CONTINUE YOUR RETURN, I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES BUT GET THE SAME MESSAGE

contact the issuer.     there may be some special way you have to do it.  which would differ from simply logging into website

I am having the same problem with Turbotax Premier 2021 when trying to import 1099 from TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwab (both are "partners").  How do I resolve this?

There is a known issue regarding importing Charles Schwab 1099 that is being worked on. Please see this thread for a workaround that has shown to be successful for some users.
