Importing from Betterment

anyone else having an issue importing from Betterment?  I'm confident I have the right information from Betterment (confirmed with their helpdesk), but when I hit import in Turbo Tax I get an "error" beep (but no additional information) and nothing happens.  I was able to successfully import from 1) Fidelity and 2) E*Trade Morgan Stanley. Any suggestions? Thanks!

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:

thanks!  i'm in turbo tax desktop on a mac (sorry should have said that).  it keeps making an error noise, but no error message so it's hard to troubleshoot.  I did try clearing the cache, closing, opening, logging out and back in, changing security settings just in case.

Try following the suggestions in this link.  Make sure you have also enabled third-party authorization on the brokerage side.

thanks!  finally got it to work.  Even though i spent time trying, i'm so glad the import worked rather than keying everything.
