Imported 1099-Bs are empty

I've got several Charles Schwab accounts, the 1099-INT and 1099-DIV imports were populated but the 1099-B are empty. There is data there at Schwab. How do I get it to work? Using TurboTax desktop 2021 Deluxe, Windows10.

Thanks,

I would suggest manually updating your Turbo Tax software, then trying again.

You can follow the instructions here to update your software.

Didn't solve the problem. It gets the correct amounts for 1099-DIV and 1099-INT but 1099-B the total is $0 that is incorrect,  100+ trades. It thinks it is extracting the correct data, it has the correct account number for the 1099-B but the amount is $0

It reported the accounts to have 1099-B with a value of $0. Now thinking how could that be I decided to continue importing, and to my surprise it populated all the accounts with stocks, dates and dollar amounts, they look correct.  The only reason I didn't complete this before is it told me there was nothing there. I'm not too impressed.
