After spending 3 hours on the phone with a specialist this morning I finally decided to just request a refund since I prepaid this year. Upon my denied request, I was told that this was a known issue and was being worked on and should be fixed by Friday. Also, it only effected “certain” customers. Try again Friday and it should work.
