Import Tax Info from Merrill Edge

Hello - Does anyone have problem importing the 2020 tax info from Merrill Edge/Merrill Lynch?  The 2020 Tax Report showed up online in the Merrill account on Monday (2/22/2021).  In the morning of Tuesday (2/23), I was able to use TurboTax to import the data from Merrill to TurboTax.  The I misplaced the downloaded TurboTax file, and on Wednesday (2/24) when I tried to re-import the data from Merrill, TurboTax showed a message "The 1099 import service for Merrill Lynch is not currently available.  Please try again on Feb 25".  I called Merrill and the rep. said it was available and I needed to contact TurboTax support.  I waited until this morning (2/25) to try to import and TurboTax msg said it was not available for import again, and please try again on Feb 26 (Friday tomorrow).  I haven't contacted TurboTax support yet, and want see if anyone has the same issue.

Yes, I have the same problem.  Tuesday  night I tried to import Merrill Lynch, and TT told me that Fidelity was unavailable.  Yesterday and this morning, TT tells me that Merrill Lynch is unavailable - it's always unavailable until the following day (now, 2/26).

Problem still exist as of 12:50 EST on Feb. 25. Import from ML has always worked fine in the past.

Tried last night 2/25 said try today, now today it says try 2/26

I will try to reach out to my ML side to see if they know something.

By now, the imports from Merrill Lynch, should import. If not, Please see this TurboTax FAQ, What if I can't import my 1099? - ttlc.intuit.com

I called by Turbo Tax Support and ML Support. ML knew of the issue and resolved it by the next day so the import worked fine.

I waited until the next day and imported it.  It worked.  The issue appeared to be with ML, that the 1099s were not ready for import yet.  It just worked on day, and then stopped and had to wait for a few days to be available again.
