import issue

I have posted a question about Turbotax not accepting a document ID.  I get the message that the ID field is limited and tells me to input an 11 digit document ID, which I had already done.  None of the responses I have received address this specific issue.  I've noticed numerous complaints about import issues online. Eventually I will have to input this information manually in order to complete my taxes. I don't understand why no-one has addressed my specific problem. This does not reflect well on Turbotax tech support. I have used Turbotax for many years but I will probably look elsewhere next year.
