Import from fundrise

Same problem here.   Running  TurboTax Delux 2020 on a Mac Pro.   When I click the button to import from Fundrise it just hangs.   I have to force-quit the app.  Manually typing in all the DIVs from Fundrise would be painful.

Having the same problem with Fundrise import on my Macbook Pro. It is hanging up again and again, right upon the selection of the word "Fundrise" from the list and clicking "Continue" . This happens prior to entering any login information and password.

 

This looks like a systematic issue, not a personal problem. Please let me know when you fix this defect.

ChondelLO - I appreciate the effort.   If I believed it would help to do a 1-on-1 with someone at TurboTax then I would make the call.  But it's clear that TurboTax does not have a solution.  If they did, then someone would post the resolution here to answer the mounting list of complaints for this one issue.  What is a glaring disregard of good customer support is that TurboTax has not even acknowledged that an issue exists.   I woke up and smelled the coffee.  I hope my fellow customers do the same.

I'm experiencing the same issue when selecting Fundrise for import of 1099-DIV. As soon as I select Fundrise from the Turbo Tax list of brokerage firms and click enter, then Turbo Tax "busy circle" is spinning and does not move forward to login screen for import. I have to force quit Turbo Tax. I don't want to manually enter the 1099-DIVs... not a great user experience when Fundrise has partnered with Turbo Tax for import.

How about clear cache.  If you are filing with TurboTax online, please follow these steps:

  • Check your internet connection.  Try to log out and sign back in the program. 
  • Clear your cache and sign back into the program.  To clear cache, click here: Cache
  • You may also try a different browser.  
  • Then try again.
