You may have to manually enter your information instead of importing.
I already did. Info from last year was already in the program so I just had to enter a few numbers.
Thanks
I'm seeing the same issue. In fact, it now says it won't be available until 10/31/24 when I try to import. How can that even be close to correct?
See the following TurboTax Help articles for potential fixes:
I use TurboTax vs a live person (which cost about the same) specifically because of easy use of auto import. There is not way I would want to put info in manually, as I have too many complex items in my Fidelty account (RSUs, Pre-TAX, Stock AND 401k all managed by them. :(
I have found that information in Fidelity Net Benefits has to be entered manually. TurboTax carries this information over from the previous years so there are only a few numbers you have to enter, although the first time is a pain. Information in the regular Fidelity accounts (IRAs and brokerage) is imported without any issue.
