Import 1099 from Edward Jones Not working

TT 2024 goes through the steps and doesn't report any issues but the data import from Edward Jones system does not update in TT.  I have successfully imported from other financial institutions without issue.

Any suggestions?

The data is imported (1099-R) but shows up as not done in 'forms'. The TT app doesn't seem to know what to do with the incomplete form. I was able to tweak the form as the app didn't recognize the form as 1099-R (G checkbox) the state code and populated a blank 9a %  box as 0.00 which wasn't acceptable.

Although you might be able to view or print your information from the website, most banks, brokerages and other financial institutions do not have the data formatted for import into tax software before sometime in February.  So if you are wanting to enter it sooner, you have to key it in by hand.   Or….wait until it is available for import.

If you want to enter it manually, click the option that says “I’ll type it in myself”

One other thing.  Even though the 1099-R has no errors i'm not seeing it in the app yet (may be on a later input page)...
