Illinois return continues to be rejected

My illinois return continues to be rejected.  There was a question about whether I filed last year and the year before.  I did not work at all for the last 4 years but have been working since May2017

For help fixing your rejected Illinois tax return please go through the steps outlined below. 

Note: After trying the below steps if you get the same rejection a second time (or third, or fourth...) and you see no mistakes on your return, select the file by mail option to paper-file your return. See: How do I print and mail my return in TurboTax Online?
