Illinois guard pay

How do I override the deduction for military pay on my Missouri return.  I have indicated everywhere a zero amount for military pay, but it is pulling from elsewhere and grayed out. I can’t change it

If you have IL guard pay, MO would not tax it unless MO HOR and living in MO.

Servicemembers who earn only military income while stationed in Missouri should complete a No Return Required-Military On-line Form here. If a nonresident servicemember earns $600 or more in Missouri non-military pay, a Missouri nonresident tax return must be filed.

Either you have military pay or you don't. What is the situation that you are making military pay zero income?

Apparently in Turbo tax, you need to process one state before the other,   I didn’t do that.  So, the Missouri form is deducting the military pay as well.  It is a software issue on their end. I know I can’t deduct my military pay as a nonresident.  I get it deducted in Illinois, as I am a resident of that state.
