Did you use TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?   When you sign in to TurboTax Online, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Your tax returns and documents to see your previously filed returns.    If you don't see them, you may be signed into the wrong account.   Go here to find all of your accounts
