Are you seeing this after you have tried to submit your return? Please try logging out of TurboTax, clearing the cache and cookies, and then logging back in to see if you are able to transmit your return successfully. I have not had any help from any reps from TurboTax. The lies I've gotten and just telling me things to get me off the phone is truly sad. This is my last time using TurboTax now im stuck with taxes i will never get due to lies of people who dont even know what their doing.
